Once your shipment is shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information!
Shipments (depending on your location) can take as little as 2-6 business days. Give us a call if you'd like specifics for your location prior to ordering.
Our full size ovens come in a crate on a pallet and need to be shipped via LTL shipping. Unfortunately our website is not able to get the best LTL shipping rates. For this reason we ask that you choose in store pick up and then we will reach out to you to set up the shipping and charges for that. Please reach out before your order if you would like us to provide you with a shipping quote. Please let us know if you will be shipping to a commercial or residential address and if you will need lift gate delivery. We are here to answer any questions you have before and after the sale!
Return Policy
We are sure you will not want to return your oven because they are awesome!
But in the event that you must return your purchase, we accept returns up to 30 days from your original purchase date.
Conditions:
You the buyer are responsible for the cost of the return freight charge.
OVEN MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CRATE AND ORIGINAL CONDITION.
NO EXCEPTIONS
