Dome style brick ovens are known for their capability to produce intense heat up to 1,000ºF. The functionality of the dome design allows you to incorporate radiant heat, convection and conduction in your outdoor cooking for the professional or the amateur. Our brick ovens produce high, even temperatures, allowing you to fire up anything - grill any type of meat, roast your favorite vegetables, bake warm, crusty bread and make the perfect bubbly cheese pizza. Use our ovens to smoke, grill, roast and bake almost anything you can imagine.
High-performance pizza ovens are handmade in Portugal to ensure a quality product and reliable year-round cooking.
All handmade ovens are built as follows:
- Each oven begins with a layer of high heat resistant firebrick and mortar and is then covered with a specialty refractory cement.
- A thick layer of a superior insulation is applied and fully covered with steel mesh before an additional layer of specialty refractory cement is applied for a second time.
- All ovens are then finished with a unique black cork finish.
- This oven features specially made black brick wrapped with high quality insulation and a long lasting and easy to maintain cast iron full glass door.
